Adds skillbooks for the origins skills, racial skills, and Dome of Protection. Skillbooks can be found at a vendor called "Origins vendor". The skillbooks look like aerothurge books.

Update - The placed trader wasn't working on some save files. The books are now available at traders in most arcs.

- Trader at Arx square, where there are 5 traders, the elf who sells crafting materials
