Hello I was trying this mod out since it was a really nice idea from autor site but its not working for Definitive Edition Is it possible to update this mod to Definitive Edition? ok nvm found your DE version ^^
Hi all! I would like to give some info based on my experience with this mod. It upgrades stuff to the level you are but items still fall short stat wise with this mod. a level 5 sword will have +3 stat and +3 stat a level 1 that i upgrade to level 5 will only have +3 stat. It will miss the extra stats. This is more obvious if you level them up even more.
Any chance of updating this to work with the Definitive Edition? I'm trying to build a more Baldur's Gate like progression (I'm planning on using Reduced Numbers Bloat as well) so that most equipment is viable for more than a level or two, it's just a matter of finding something that fits your character best.
I have the issue of the mod not working because my save is from a very old version, is there any way I can force it to work? I tried the method of turning mod off, saving and back on but still doesn't appear. My save is here if you can fix it for me? https://ufile.io/xs2np
There is another mod that allows you to upgrade stuff, only unique, and I was wondering if it upgraded them the same way. Like in that mod if I have a ring at level on that adds 1 warfare when I become level 18 will it be something like plus 3 warfare or will it only change the damage and defense? I am an idiot and carefully looked at the pictures. Yes, yes you can.
@Michael -- With regards to this mod, attributes will scale with level. The only stat that I've seen that does not increase with level is the added HP. Some of the damage/armor scale, but in some cases not 1:1 to what I would expect.
I'm only aware of one other mod that upgrades the level of standard uniques in the game, and that mod goes about the process in a completely different manner. It will actually create a new unique item, which can cause issues if you require that specific unique (UUID, etc), as the upgraded item is a "new" item and not the original item at a new level.
I downloaded the newest version and activated it in the Mod Menu. Is there a specific place for it in the Mod Load Order? I have it about 35 of 45 position. Not using Party Expansion Mods.
Using couple Gear Mods, like Unique's, NPC Armor and such.
What could be the issue? If needed i can give a full Mod Load Order.
