   I want to make/create/combine skills however I have no idea how. Any possibility of making a tutorial? :)

   I don't know if it will be too much to ask, but can you make version with just one spell - knock?

      Its possible, but one can simply take the knock spell out of the bag and leave the other books and it would have the same effect.

   Looks good so far! I just have one request: A lot of people who introduce new skills do so through skillbooks, which are placed in the world or on vendors. Because there are so many of them, there can be a lot of compatibility issues. If you decide to change how these skills are found, would you consider adding a crafting recipe for said skills? That way they won't have compatibility issues with all those other mods.

      I did intend to make them craftable at some point, but have lost interest in the game.

   some skills are quite good and balanced actually. others need more balance but i say you did well.
