Awesome mod and very useful!, i have a question about the GM mode though, When i turn GM mode on and try to use the item/character spawner everything is locked so its unusable, is that supposed to be like that or is something wrong with my game?
Mouse over item editor doesn't open for me in cheat engine and the loot in boxes, loot is lvl capped to the level of the container. Anyway to make it lvl cap to the character?
after the item is in your inventory, use the "edit last item moved" function.
that will let you permanently set the level of any item in your inventory.
the perfect thing for hanging on to that favorite piece of gear that you just know is going to be out-leveled in 20 mins.
btw, the mouse over item editor is only for fun, as nothing you do in that sticks after reloading a save. not true with the "edit last item moved" though. changing the level of an item sticks.
The issue with setting the lvl manually is that it only modifies the base armor/weapon stat, doesn't affect the stat bonuses. I guess 1-2 main stat doesn't matter compared to perfectly rolled items haha
everything works as of patch 143.909, except the mouse over item editor, which isn't able to make changes permanent. fun for any given session though.
I don't think the item editor EVER worked though, so nothing new there.
you can use the "last item moved in backpack" editor to change the levels on your items so you can "upgrade" that favorite piece of gear to your level though, and those level changes DO stick.
if you just want a box of epic loot, use the function just below the "refresh containers" function, and there is a checkbox with text next to it that says "legendary". click that before opening your next box, and it will be filled with about 2 dozen epic items of random types.
as of 146.969 the mouse over item editor is still there, but is disabled entirely.
It's a Cheat Table, which means it uses Cheat Engine You should also go to the Fearless Revolution site where the actual Table author posted this Plus it's the site to get Cheat Tables for every game, and the place where info for games without modding tools often gets modding going.
Cheat Engines not a user friendly tool, but is very powerful, and editable (Modable). It edits the game in memory, and as such isn't permanent, but some of it's changes can often be embedded into save games and made lasting.
If the cheat results are all you are looking for, you might want to try Infinity, which is very user friendly, but not user editable (Modable). In fact many of the games on Infinity, are by STN, one of the main Cheat Table creators. Infinity - WeMod
Here's a pic of Infinity's DOS2 page
Things like adding Gold, and Stats are generally irreversable with Infinity, while a unedited cheat table may work exactly the same, often you can use the editing power to reverse such changes.

also?
stats DO scale with level... on most unique items. It depends, but I see one point added for about every five levels?
