For those having trouble with the mod. Create two copies of "DishonoredWeapon" and rename one "DefaultWeaponRanged" and the other "DefaultWeapon". then place put those in Documents\My Games\Dishonored\DishonoredGame\Config. it will replace the original versions of the config with the modded version.
I do suggest you create a back up of the original version of the two config files if you wish to uninstall the mod. if not you will likely have to reinstall the game completely.
i would really like this mod its not working and whenever someone explains how to fix it i have no idea what they are talking about and it makes no sense pls help me if possible :) EDIT: nvm it worked
bro im so confused right now can you explain the instal tuturial in details because i did put the ini file in the config section but it doesnt work it still counts AS A kill
well i did that and it does sorta work for example afer i choke an enemy and hit the body with my sword it still says unconcoius but when i do a lethal takedown it does not say that and shooting them with the pistol also does not say that and drop assassination also does not count the body unconsocius pls tell me what to do ok nvm it works
lol, well i suppose this would be the easiest way to beating the game in low chaos, but the mod i came to look for would be one that regenerates your health and magic, i don't like using the stupid bottles i just want to play the game freely.
well i'm not looking for unlimited, just health and mana that regenerates by itself, so you can still die and run out of mana and health, but it slowly regens so you at least have a fighting chance and don't have to mess around with the potions to refill.
but i will check the trainer out, maybe it has some slider options that make it fun.
Hello, does this mod not work for the EGS version? I overwrote the .ini file inside Config and played the first mission. End mission stats still showed high chaos and ~20 kills. Thanks
Check if the file is still the same as when you replaced it (in Documents folder). Sometimes game has a tendency to rewrite it with default one. Default one is located in the game directory and is called DefaultWeapons.ini as far as I remember. If it is getting replaced for you, I would recommend posting same text there as in .ini file you downloaded.
