This is absolutely WONDERFUL!!! I have to ask though if it's possible to have the powers of the other people possibly included as well such as daud, the brigmore witches, granny rags, and their respective blink FX if possible. I think it'd make for some even more impressive gameplay aspects! I'd say have the screen colors, blink effects, and such to be as close as possible to the characters, but since they have actual non-line of sight teleporting, maybe make it like an invisible but fast noclip that, while teleporting, slows or even stops time alltogether to give the effect of teleportation.
Out of curiosity, what would you want to replace it with? you don't get to see that mask a whole lot during the game (which is disappointing because it looks awesome in my opinion...)
A nice point but Corvo doesn't have a full 3D model for gameplay and those that you see in the endings are pre-rendered so it comes out as mook. But hey, makes more sense for Corvo to wear gloves.
I really enjoy playing in an Overseer's garment as it was only featured in a DLC mission and the previous one with Daud's outfit was buggy as hell. Would you do other alternative ones like the City Watch's outfits, the Whalers or DLC gangs?
These would require some model work. The 1st person views are a dedicated mesh with only the arms. In the main game + dlc you only have corvo, daud, overseer daud and bloody daud. Theoretically you could take another mesh and cut everything but the arms but the proportion of the skeletons don't match corvo's so they won't animated properly with the 1st person animation. Too much work for me as, apart from the odd mod here and there, i'm pretty much dedicated to working on the tool rather than the mods.
hey so a did everything, but the tfc installer once i click the exec it simply does not happen anything... i downloaded everything u need but for some reason it does work
Very nice mod. Question since you seem to be experienced with modding the game's graphics. Could the item glow be disabled? Like, the way interactable items turn all white periodically.
I did have two versions of the rune as replacement for the heart, one pulsing, one non pulsing but i don't really remember what made the difference. I would guess it was a difference in materials but i'm not sure.
