go to where your dishonored saves are located and drag in the save you want, if you have the dlc that gives you the free bonecharms and stuff at the beginning then download the folder labeled dlc, then extract it. in that folder there are 3 folders, do you want just all the runes to unlock all abilities? drag over that save, do you want all the money that you would need to get anything you want? drag over the money save. want both? drag over the one with both. this isn't a true mod, it is just a modified save that gives you almost everything
