   How often do the mighty seeds drop when enbabled? I have yet to get 1 mighty seed even after changing false to true

      It's random, always 1/however many seeds are available to choose from.  Remember that the seeds you can get will only be ones you can currently grow and will survive, and mighty seeds only grow in the summer.  So, if it is not summer, or too late in the season, you won't get them.
