Can the water have fish spawns? I'm still trying to figure out how and how wide a pond needs to be ... or whether the fish spawners are in fixed locations.
Yes, but the bigger the pool, the bigger the chance of course. Also, fish spawning has additional conditions, such as "rocky dirt" or mud under the water. Feel free to ask for help on the Discord for detailed terraforming of your world.
The ability to remove water is planned for the future. For now, you can use terraforming mods like inifinite shovels, dirt printer, and such to fill the area in to remove water.
