My girlfriend and I are playing together with me as the host, everything seems to be working great except that our north teleport tower is wrong on her map. We've ran the force update on two separate play sessions but it doesn't seem to be updating. Is there something we're missing with the mod? Thanks
The way I've implemented the mod is a lot of brute force and hope, so there may be weird edge cases that make it not work that I haven't discovered. Hopefully in the future there's just a better way I can do it.
Another weird issue has come up. We'll be playing the day like normal and if she runs out away from our town location and tries to return, the land is gone and she can just see animals/fish moving/floating around. If she walks forward she will fall under the world and eventually pop back up on land but can't go to town with it missing.
Is the mod required on both host and client or just the client? I removed it from my computer little bit ago since I'm always the host. As a side note, when the land disappears like that, I've tried running the force download world but it only ever gets up to around 45% or so and then just stops, it always causes crazy amount of lag once she runs it and doesn't seem to go away until she closes the game and restarts. We're on latest 0.6.5 update.
So thinking it may be a mod we removed all mods from her PC and she's still getting the void issues. Not sure what's causing it now at this point. Going to remove them all from my PC and see if hosting again still causing it. 🤷
