About this mod
This mod lets you remotely (as in, from anywhere) deposit items in your travel bag. (It works only on items that can be stacked together.) By default, you can have it work manually at the press of a button, or automatically (continuously) and it will deposit only items that already are in the bag. Or you can force new items in.

This mod lets you use your travel bag remotely as a depository for items, particularly for things you gather frequently while out and about such as fruit, wood, meat and bones, grass seeds, feathers, and poo, but you are able to use it to deposit any item that can be stacked (such as the things previously listed), but not things that cannot be stacked (such as tools, and bugs/fish unless you have a mod that lets you stack those).
Normally, it will deposit items only if there already are some of that item in the travel bag, so that it doesn't constantly try to deposit everything in your entire inventory. You can, however, manually force any (stackable) item to go in the bag, and after that any more you collect will go in on their own. At least until the bag is full.
The mod is fully configurable: You can trigger the deposit manually with a keybind, and there is a keybind that will toggle auto-deposit on and off. It's particularly nice if you have an auto-pickup mod and continually grab feathers, poo, and grass seeds: You can have auto-pickup on and those items in your travel bag, and picking up more of them will never clutter up your inventory.
There is a keybind to forcefully deposit the item you are holding in your hand into your travel bag (as long as it is stackable), regardless if you have any of them in your bag already, so if you are out and about and pick up something that you want in the bag, you can send it there and then turn on auto-deposit and any more you grab will also go in.
There is a keybind that opens the travel bag directly, so that you can get deposited stuff back out of it without having to return to town. (This is unset by default, so if you want to use it you will need to go into the config file and set it.)
There is also a true/false option in the config file that lets you choose whether or not auto-deposit defaults to on or off when you load your game, though you can always toggle it manually after that. Remember that the auto-deposit will only put items in your bag if your bag already has some of those items in it, so you're generally safe to leave auto-deposit on all the time because if you want some stuff that's in the bag, you can just shift-click it out of the bag as a stack and auto-deposit won't try to put it back in.
The mod will not function while you have a chest window open, just to make things less prone to confusion and error.
I do not know if this mod works in multiplayer, but presumably it should, because it only interacts with your on-hand inventory and with your private travel bag stash.
For performance, the auto-deposit only looks at one slot of your inventory at a time per rendered frame of the game, so if your game is running at 60fps it will take about 2/3 of a second for each pass through your inventory. This is still fast enough that I personally don't even notice the delay.
This is a standard BepInEx 6 mod, so follow the standard Dinkum modding instructions and put the DLL file in your plugins folder. To create the config file, open Dinkum and immediately close it again. The mod is also safe to remove at any time because it does not affect your save file in any way.
