Changes Stat Chips to award 90000/9000 stat points instead of 250/25

Changes the Stat Chips so that they award 90000HP/MP or 9000 STR/SPD/WIS/STA depending on the relevant chip being used of course.
Install Instructions:
1. First you will need to get Bepinex 666 \m/ or higher. Download BepInEx Unity (IL2CPP) for [YOUR OS HERE] (x64) games
2. Install per the instructions here.
3. Download and install CirBindDir (Apparantly the author has removed this from nexus for reasons but a copy is apparantly available on the Digimon Modding Discord https://discord.gg/cb5AuxU6su)
4. Extract my stuff into the BindDirectory you made when installing the above.
Supplementory File:
If you're using my other Tamer Skills mod, use the Optional file instead as it contains both mods.
