The mod doesn't hide base items every item that is black is a low quality item ( cracked,crude etc) i simply removed the prefix alltogether to make the box smaller it's not a good base. You can use those items still and make it normal quality item with a cube recipe but cubing low quality into normal quality turn the item into ITEMLEVEL 1. So you get less max sockets. That's why it's blanked out. no base items are blacked out only the low quality ones .
Known issues. Stamina potions have no name at all but it shouldn't matter much imo. And GHEEDS CHARM AND ANNIHILUS are both red instead of unique color because i can only change charm color in general.
you cannot change the color. those are all the working color codes. you can only use these codes in the files. so if you have runes that are red and want a different color you just change the code in the file to that of the color
Hi !!! i did some modification it the files , but I'm not able to get unique charm ( gheed/torch/anni) gold color ..... all the charm are set to my selection and the same is for jewel !!! All jewel from magic/rare/unique are all the same color !!!
Any advice how to get the right color for those ??
yeah i had the same problem back than. it seemed that the base items are hardcoded if you change charm or jewel color it changes every rarity to the same color. probably nothing can be done about it without changing code. i tried alot but never got it to work.
Incase anyone is wondering this filter is broken, mostly for the gems as far as my investigating has gone.
The author seems to have placed the normal gem name sections into the item-nameaffixes file when they should be in the item-names file, to which they are missing from.
I did all the steps of the mpq version and the filter does not work, nothing appears and I repeat it several times and nothing I do not know what could be wrong.
