Fixed Find Item not being filtered from version 1.6
Find Item now drops small amounts of gold instead of the filtered items (gold piles as low a 0 gold can drop from Find Item)

Updated to be consistent with Vanilla drop rolls
Added warning that the "Remove Lesser Gold Piles" option changes item drops from Vanilla. Vanilla drop rates can not be guaranteed with this option enabled.
Find Item is no longer filtered due to other changes, which is an unfortunate outcome of fixing the drop roll issue
