I find out that is king of difficult to modify the D2R offline saves, so I came with this little pack which contains (Apache portable, and the website).
Its working like that, you have an apache portable version and the website with all the data and configurations to just run in.

## Installation and Usage ##
- download the d2s-editor.7z and extract it where you want let's say "C:\"
- browse to the "UniServerZ" folder and open "UniController.exe"
- here we can cancel setup for the mysql password, we will not need a database for this
- click "Start Apache" then browse to "localhost" from a internet browser
- from here you can import your offline d2r save and edit much as you like
