This D2RMM mod adds recipes to the Horadric Cube to allow for downgrading any type of rune to the previous tier. For example, put a single Eld rune into the cube and transmute it into an El rune.
Config options:
Require a Scroll of Identify in the downgrade recipes for compatibility with the Stackable Runes mod, and the Rune Easy Upgrade if set to use 1 Rune costs. Disabled by default.
Select how many runes the downgrade recipes output: Either 1, 2, or 3 to 2 depending on if the input rune is a low/mid or high rune. Defaults to 1.
