Unfortunately, D2RMM's configurator doesn't support text fields for setting config strings. But I will add so you can tweak the prefixes from a config.json file in a text editor at least.
question, is this showing ilvl on the items? i looked and didnt see anything mentioning them but was wondering if that was the numbers that were besides the items
