I had no idea how to get this to work standalone so just combine this data folder with an overhaul mod or something else that uses an it's own MPQ file (Vanilla Plus or Expanded Storage) for example.
Just combine the data folder from this mod with the data folder from whatever mod you're currently using that has an .MPQ file directory.
