Does this fix the shape of the rogue’s sword when walking? ie The way it turns back into a scimitar.

  It depends on which armor the rogue is wearing when the issue occurs. For example, if the issue occurs only for rogue's heavy armor animations, the animation swap file will fix the issue. Hope this helps!
