Did you put the zip file in? because the mod definetly works. So the fault is likely on your end. you should put the file called Vergil Caramel not Caramell Vergil in the fluffy mod folder.
okay, sorry. Then I don't know, it works fine for me. I really don't know what it could be if it doesn't work for you. If you have any other mods try uninstalling them, but there shouldn't be any other mods that conflict with it.
Yeah, I'm having the same issue, I believe it is not on your end however, I'm experiencing the same problem with Devil Trigger Tropical Remix replacement for the Main Menu. In-game battle-tracks still work however. Not sure what the issue is...
Never gotten an error. I open CMD, choose the folder that I want say E:something/something/... then I type in 'ww2ogg input.wem --pcb packed_codebooks_aoTuV_603.bin' I change input to whatever the wem is called. You also need to put packed_codebooks_aoTuV_603.bin and ww2ogg exe in the same folder as the wems.
