----How to use----
:You can freely set the game speed in "Turbo.ini".
:Note that the Loading speed cannot exceed the limits of your PC specs.
Procedure for v1.3 and above
1.Apply "SinTurbo_v1.3.rar" and "dll loader.rar" with modmanager.

SinTurbo.dll
