Frame data changes and animations swaps for Neros breakers

Permissions and credits
I play a lot of Nero if you know my gameplay or my modding history. Naturally i had some issues with the character, and still do, but I've done what i can to make him more freestyle friendly for Style Switcher gameplay. Here is what ive done to hopefully improve your experience, each as a seperate mod.


Changes= 

1 frame breaker switching - Exactly what it sounds like. changes the equipping/reloading animations to be 1 frame so you wiresnatch less often if you arent buffering moves between breaker switching. (Doesnt add breaker switching, best used in combination with the cheat table mod)


Helter Skelter Reworked 
- Air attack - Is now the last part of the helter breakage. Its OP and comes out instantly, but you cant breaker switch or breakaway during the attack for some reason.

- Ground attack - is now the looping spin part from the breakage. Its a quick ground move that resembles Vortex from previous games, and instantly breaks shields.


Punchline Faster - Made the animations end right after nero shoots on the ground or in the air, so you dont have to rely on a jc to get this move out and act quickly anymore


Quicksilver Faster - End frames have been reduced on ground and air attacks, allowing you to act faster after shooting bubbles.


Sweet Surrender Reworked - Its now an instant nuke from punchline breakage, meant to be a quick finisher. It has a ton of slowdown i dont know how to remove yet, but id like to some day.


Tomboy Improved - Makes the aiming animation for the gun much shorter allowing you to quick scope, also makes the activation on the ground much faster, but not in the air, since it can be very easily JC already.
