Gives Dante the Neo Dante Costume and DmC weapons.

Here's the list of things I've changed.
Dante's Appearance
1. His costume and hair now resemble Neo Dante's appearance. Awakened Dante's hair is replaced by Post-M20 DmC Dante. (The hair and skin colors are color matched to DMC5 Dante.)
2. His BP hair is replaced by DmC Vergil's hair.
3. His EX costume will only change the costume and keep his hairstyles the same.
4. In DT, Dante channels his inner exterminador de demonios, fully becoming el Donte.
Dante's Weapons
1. All his swords are replaced by DmC Rebellion.
2. The Swords Formation are replaced by DmC Vergil's Sword Illusions.
3. Ebony and Ivory are replaced by their DmC counterparts.
4. Coyote-A is replaced by the Revenant.
5. Faust Hat is replaced by DmC Vergil's hat.
6. Balrog is replaced by Eryx.
Notes
1. The DmC Rebellion's glow design in this mod is different from my previous DmC Rebellion port.
2. Eryx only appears in heavy attacks (pretty much every blow mode moves except the jabs).
3. I wanted to port VergilMobile over Cavaliere but I couldn't join them together and make them sit on Dante's hand properly in buzzsaw mode at the same time so I gave up on the idea.
