Hey! So I personally wanted only the Beowulf part and figured out a way to: = To start: you'll need 7-zip installed and the mod downloaded.
Open the mod with 7-zip and hit "extract" (and select where you'd like the file to be, etc., etc.)
Open the newly extracted file
Open natives, x64, character, weapon
You're going to want to delete: "wpn03_000" and wpn08_001" (do NOT delete "wpn08_002")
Then go back to the "x64" file (where you selected the "character" file from) and delete "prefab" and "sound" (Note: I don't know for sure if you have to delete those last two folders but it wouldn't let me load my game otherwise so *shrugs* I'm not sure why)
= Install using Fluffy (like normal) and open DMC 5! It should be working now! Hopefully, this helped/helps! (I am in no way a mod maker or anything so it should be fine; it's worked fine for me, but I want to make sure that all my cards are on the table. I'm just some dude that likes the game lmfaooo) /p
