are you eventually going to make it so that you play as Vergil fighting Dante boss in mission 19 on normal mode?

  There's no way. After the M19 of the ordinary mode passes, Vergil and Dante interact with each other. That's a fixed front paragraph. If you change it, you can't pass. You can only change M20.
