I think you have this practically nailed down now, just one more alteration to colours would probably do it:
If you could make those, including the ones on the front of Dante's coat plus the skull a brighter red similar to the red in that image, you'd probably have it. Might need to make some small adjustments to the red brightness incase it's too bright in brighter areas, but it should look pretty good.
Currently it looks like this in some brighter areas:
Which isn't bad at all, it's just not a bright red like the cutscenes - that's all. Hope that helps (don't do anything if you don't feel like it, I hope I don't seem too pushy at all!)
Edit: just noticed that when Dante equips Dr. Faust, his hair reverts to his vanilla white hair colour and boss Dante still uses the vanilla white hair. Funnily enough the hair works again during the epilogue sequence for the Dante AI.
Do you think it'd be possible to brighten the Dante hair a tiny bit while keeping the grey-ish look? It gets a bit too dark in some areas in gameplay. In the cutscenes it still has the look of being the vanilla white in some shots due to lighting, so striking a balance would likely be the best bet:
Whatever colour you used for the Vergil hair, it was perfect as it looked similar to both vanilla and the cutscenes, and it'd likely work pretty well for Dante too
I see, I;m sorry for asking. Also, I think you can make the skull on dante's coat like, lighter red? cause the red skull in your mod is the same as the coat, make it hard to see.

The Final update! I will now try and update the Vergil version
