I forgot to update the dirt files in 1.0.1, so here they are, now.

Changed up the files a bit so it takes up less space.
Being that Nero literally uses a "buster" arm and the actual Mega Buster ingame, I felt he was the most suited to get an X skin. I made the decision to leave the pants and boots black instead of blue/light blue since Nero's pants don't look so good with X's color scheme, in my opinion.
