Uninstall all mods and click the "Re-read game archives" button and then try installing the mod again. Also tell me what does it say at the bottom left corner in the fluffy manager after you install it.
Yeah efd_03_pl0800_200_00.efx.1769672 - normal judgement cut efd_03_pl0800_200_31.efx.1769672 - just judgement cut Before installing the mod deleted the normal one.
Sorry for the late response. The overall glow could be lowered but the intensity of the glow is also dependent on the lighting of the mission. If I lower it more it will be barely visible on the brighter missions.

EDIT: Just tested and there's no effect at all. I've tried installing just this mod on its own... do we need the main file AND an optional or just the optional if you want a specific color?
