   i need help it wont work with me idk why, at first i tried to just drop the files but it didn't work the game crash immediately. then i tried to downgrade the game version and still the same, then i watched the video that says i need super trainer and rename steam_api, i did that and didnt work bro what im i missing

      Strange... have you tried downloading other versions of ddmk? It's on GitHub.
      GitHub - serpentiem/ddmk: Extensive gameplay mods and more for the Devil May Cry PC games.

      sorry for the late replay, i think im doing something wrong but idk what, i downgrade it then it creates new file that ends with bak i rename them to dmc4se exe but when i click on the exe it says the app is old or something like that

      The same thing was happening to me but i fixed it, all i did was replace the DMC4SE.exe file with the one from this folder and the game didn't crash

      i also didn't change my steam_api file to any new one if that helps

      it finally worked idk how tbh, i did the downgrade method then instead of the new exe the patch create i dragged the folder u linked and copied all of the files on it to the game folder and worked, idk which version of ddmk i installed but it looks old, thx for the help

   Well this fixed my issue on not being able to change the volume ingame, thanks a bunch!!!

   This is going to sound dumb but Is this basically just a multiplayer mod? I was hoping for options such as enemy replacers and stuff.

      Maybe. I'm not sure, it's available in DmC HD Collection, but I don't remember.

      this is originally from git hub https://github.com/serpentiem/ddmk there is a tutorial on how to downgrade the game to make that works
      
      if i nedd to guess this person wanted to upload DDMK to the DMC4SE nexus page but didn't do the whole job

      Only the old version can run, not the steam version.

   If anyone sees this, don't turn on "skip intro", it'll make the button prompts from the tutorials not show up so you'll only see "press +forward+ "

   The page mentioned automatically re-applying camera zooms, but I can’t seem to find that setting. Trying to play COOP, but every floor of bloody parlance the camera goes back to zoomed in.

   I put the 4 folder into the games binaries and it still dosent work. i press ctrl+d and nothing happens. help?

      try copying the two files inside the 4 folder to the game's folder, if you copypaste the intire 4 folder it wont work, copy only the files inside it.
