   I don't know a lot about modding, but are you sure we need to backup the entire nativeDX10 ? It's 24 GB... Your mod only modifies the rom_pc > gui folder which is much ligther in size. 
   
   Also, the files make it obvious, but the mod only works with English language.

      Yes, You can backup the gui subfolders. Its is not required but it is best to backup your files when modding.
      I'm working on multiple language at the moment for the next update.

      Use Fluffy Mod Manager to install the mod & you won't have to worry about backing any files up: Fluffy Manager 5000
