Ok, I'm new to Reshade. When you say add your preset to game folder, what game folder? I'm not seeing a file that holds preset RAR files in the Detroit Become Human game file.
While installing Reshade app select game.exe and later when asked to pick .ini file select his profile (the downloaded file) that's it. You might have to look how reshade works. There is a video in YT its pretty simple and easy.
