S282 base skin modify Vanilla instruments.
Changes include boiler pressure gauge, sight grass (boiler water level gauge), fire temperature gauge, brake pipe gauge, main reservoir gauge, chest pressure gauge, speedometer, sand quantity gauge, Lights selector, coal damper handles and cut-off position gauge.
Warning films are added to some gauges to determine whether the current values are appropriate.
Reskin the water level gauge on the tender as well.
