A Bumblebee paint scheme for the S060 and matching caboose.

Adds a D&RGW Bumblebee paint scheme for the S060.
As far as I'm tracking, RG never had an 0-6-0 tank engine switcher, and there aren't any 2-6-0's yet, so I took some artistic liberties with this.
I've also included a matching yellow caboose and a slightly more lore-friendly red one; again, artistic liberties due to texture-mirroring and model limitations.
Installation Instructions:
1. If you haven't already, download Unity Mod Manager and install Skin Manager.
2. Install Easy Tex for proper text mirroring for the cabooses (cabeese?). Optional if you're not bothered by flipped text.
3. Install this mod via UMM.
4. ???
5. Profit!
