I am glad you are enjoying the pack! I do plan to make skins for the DH4 and add additional skins for the DM3. As for the DE2 and DE6, there is already an excellent phase V pack from Cappycot that encompasses those units and rolling stock. You can find it here: https://www.nexusmods.com/derailvalley/mods/66 You will just need to follow the instructions to update the pack format that are shown on the skin manager page.
