When reporting bugs it's helpful to include also Player.log from \AppData\LocalLow\Altfuture\Derail Valley\ and umm log.txt file it helps to track errors. Without log files it's almost impossible to find why something doesn't work.

Hey uh, Im not gonna include any files. I Have the Mod api and the mod installed via Unity Mod Manager, yet i cant find the "keybinds" page in the settings, i attempted to restart the game with no luck, Any idea?

It's exactly as you said, not everyone has a time to wait for reply that in 99% of cases never appear. That's why pinned message says to include logs right away instead of waiting for followup message. Including every info right away makes your bug report taken seriously instead of being random throwaway post.
