This is an updated version for the Western Pacific skins for DE2, DE6, DH4 and DM3 locomotives and includes a caboose file. This mod has been updated and configured for the new UMM deployment in DV.
You can install this skin like any other Derail Valley mod: install Unity Mod Manager and Skin Manager, then drag and drop the downloaded zip file into the mods tab, where it says "drop zip files here".
