This is a livery of "Rosie" a character from Thomas & Friends as a custom skin for the newly released S060 Locomotive.
Triva:
Rosie is the 37th Standard Gauge locomotive on the North Western Railway, located on the Island of Sodor in Great Britain. She is a member of the USATC S100 design, a type of tank engine used by the United States Army Transportation Corps during World War II.
Rosie was shipped to Great Britain in 1943 to support the war effort in Europe. After the war she ended up in service with the North Western Railway who assigned for Dockside Shunting alongside the E2 class locomotive."
