Inital Release
This is a livery pack of the several liveries used by the Queensland Rail Diesel-hydraulic (DH) class as custom skins for the DH4 Locomotive.
The pack includes: • QR DH Classic Livery (Green) • QR DH PBR (Puffing Billy Railway) • QR DH WGR (Walhalla Goldfields Railway) • QR DH Tasrail
Trivia: The DH Class was a class of Diesel-Hydraulic Locomotive built by Walkers Limited in Maryborough between 1966 and 1974. They were used for shuting duties at yards around Queensland and saw occasional use on short-distance freight services.
This units started withdrawals in the 1980s due to the closure of many goods yards and longer trains. Many of the class have been sold for further use on Queensland sugar cane railways, SECV Railway in Victoria, Mount Isa Mines (MIM), and to Malaysia and Vietnam.
This is my 6th locomotive skin pack for Derail Valley so I hope you enjoy it! Made using the DH4 skin from Altfuture modified using paint.net (Free, open-source image manipulation software)
