Example make it so kind like this ;) black body, white writing, yellow black stripes at front and back (as they currently have) and maybe make the rods red! and bumpers red!
"not brown as shown though in the picture" I love the BR Class 08! It's an amazing train in my eyes!
You could even keep the BR icon, because loads of them have the Railway Line icon as you've done!
