This is a Denver & Rio Grande Western skin for the DM3 locomotive. It's based off of DRGW 50, a Davenport 30 ton switcher. That locomotive is the only diesel narrow gauge engine the DRGW ever bought. It still runs, and lives at the Colorado Railroad Museum.
You can install this skin like any other Derail Valley mod: install Unity Mod Manager and Skin Manager, then drag and drop the downloaded zip file into the mods tab, where it says "drop zip files here".
