This is a Denver and Rio Grande Western skin for the DH4 locomotive. It's based off of DRGW 42, a GE 44 ton switcher locomotive.
You can install this skin like any other Derail Valley mod: install Unity Mod Manager and Skin Manager, then drag and drop the downloaded zip file into the mods tab, where it says "drop zip files here".
