Made Compatible with the latest version of Skin Manager. Skin Manager is now required to see the other skins in game.
Added a new 2nd version of the Military boxcar with a camo skin. I was working on it when i first released it but couldn't get it to look "right". I've tinkered with it and now I feel it's good enough for release but I still feel it can be better.
Scaled down the size of the trucks/bogies from 1 to 0.9. (default trucks looked "oversized" for this boxcar)
You can now re-skin the car thanks to the new version of the skin manager. I will be releasing a re-skin pack at a later date with files and guides to help others make their own skins for this car.

Added LOD to the car to help Lower end players when multiple cars for spawned. There is 4 Level of Details lowest being just over 200 polys.
fixed Minor Mesh Errors.
Updated the Yellow boxcar texture to look a little "better"
Increased Scale from 0.9 to 0.95 to better represent it's real life size without clipping. (if it was at full scale it would clip into the signs in train yards.) NOTE!! due to car length increasing from this if the car is currently spawned in game coupled to other vehicles it could cause derailments when you load your game next. Please make sure the car isn't spawned in or coupled/next to anything before installing update.
