Could you add an option to limit the number of train cars? I prefer shorter trains (like former versions) or want the train not to be longer than the platform.
Loving the mod, adds so much more variety to base game. I dont know how the pay and time bonuses are calculated but i just finished one contract from GF to FF through SO and HN that had bonus time at 31min and paid realy poor considering the length of the route. Maybe the distance/pay/time is not added from new passenger stations, only from main vanilla stations, so would a direct train get the same time and bonus? I'm not realy bothered by it much, the vanilla bonus times are already very generous, just wondering.
Please help! I have a bug, or something that, the job papers do not load onto the desktop. How do i fix it? The logs only say, that the OPTIONAL mods are missing, but i have all the requiements for this. Thanks :D
Regional trains are super cool and I love to finally run them, they're just a tad unbalanced in relation to other jobs as of now. The time bonus is a bit too tight given the requirement for multiple stops and the pay isn't enough to justify taking the job (even taking into account they're intended for the cheaper to run engines). As it stands I'd rather take a logistical job with similar tonnage, which shouldn't be the case given the inflated risk and the added effort of the stops.
For context, playing at 25% bonus time and hooking up the DH4 in advance, I barely made the time bonuses rushing as fast as I could and perfectly hitting all the stops. Using the same setup with a DH4 hooked up to an express train, I usually made it with 25-50% of the time limit to spare. This feels like the opposite of what the balance between the two ought to be. Also, given the high cost of the license, the payouts aren't justifiable for regional trains. By the time you hit $100k for the license, you probably already have at least one powerful engine that can easily handle express trains. Personally I'd suggest implementing a cheaper regional license (at about $50k) AND increasing the payouts for regional jobs by at least 100%.
By the way, the lit carriages amazing. I love how they light up the scenery at night. This is easily the coolest mod on the nexus right now.

(1) Does this mod SUBSTITUTE passenger rail for the normal DV freight rail OR is the passenger rail IN ADDITION to the freight rail when this mod is installed? The 'Passenger License' does show and is available in the license list along with all the others so I had to assume that the passenger mod ADDED passenger jobs to the freight jobs. (2) IF the Passenger rail is IN ADDITION to the normal DV freight rail then I have an issue in that there are no Jobs, of ANY KIND available in the train station when this mod is installed. i.e. There are NO passenger nor freight jobs available.
