New texture, update to UMM format
A reskin of the caboose in PRR tuscan red. The wooden sides have been retextured to riveted steel, which is closer to the PRR's standard cabin cars. The main file requires Easy Tex for both sides to be displayed correctly, otherwise the older version is available under Optional Files (but it does not include the lettering on the sides).
