I don't know. These kind of mods take the 'FUN" out of the game. If the trains run 'automatically' ... if the 'pay attention!' factor is taken out ... what's the point of the game? These kind of mods will turn the game into 'gee, let's just watch the sim trains run around the tracks'. I find this defeats the whole purpose of the game.
I have no idea what the point is. I have 'simulator' release so I can't even try it out. If I could use it I could then stop using it. But, I probably will like it and keep it anyway. looking for my meds ....
Why not try to watch the beautiful views in the vast valley? U know there's passenger coaches in DV, so this mod can make the train go automatically and u can be a passenger on your very own train Isn't that a fun thing to do? lol
From a practical point of view this mod seems to be the most important one. Its author is very much entitle to boast about it. And because so many DV fans depend heavily on it, we kindly ask the author of it to update it, it's something indispensable right now, regardless of future plans. Thank you in advance.
Just wanted to chime in on this and say it's a huge shame it looks like this isn't being developed on any more.
This is the one mod I was most looking forward to being updated due to the fact it meant I could actually just enjoy driving in the game. I've basically been checking up on it every week since Simulator came out.
