   this mod doesn't work cause we cant use the .NET 4.7.2

      For me it launches fine with .NET 4.8
      
      The included DVO_Save_Editor.exe.config might restrict it to specifically 4.7.2..
      Delete that file and try launching again.

   it worked great for me, no problems. didn't think it would but it did, got myself my steam train lol.

   I have the same problem. I have NET Framework 4.8 and therefore I cannot install NET Framework 4.7.2.
   Is there a DVO Save Editor in the future that works with NET Framework 4.8?

   Am I doing something wrong? When I use this, every single time, and change nothing but money, it resets my position to the starting location. It's not like a massive issue since I can spam F to get back to any part of the map in less than 5 minutes, butttt it's kinda an issue when i'm in the middle of a job.
   
   Maybe build 90 broke something...?

      i have tried downloading .net framework 4.7.2 but i get a message on screen saying cannot install as 4.72 or a later version is allready installed on this computer but the save editor still does not open.
