      Yes. For some reason, when the file was sent to zip, it didn't add the .json file. All you need to do is open another skin file, find the .json file and copy and paste that .json file int the Lehigh Valley Red Red chevron file and change the wording in the .json file to:
      {  "Name": "Lehigh Valley Red Red Chevron",  "CarId": "LocoDE6"}
      This will make the skin usable.
