I don't know if this mod is still updated, just wanted to chime in!
Right now, it seems that world tendency items are also randomized. Just went through some tests, and I was given Leather Boots instead of the Dragon Bone Smasher. I'm not sure if some key items, such as the keys for Latria are also included in the World Tendency item list, but I'm thinking it might be a good idea to have those items given their own priority. Or perhaps given a different options in the tool "Include World Tendency Items." Something like that. Right now, it feels like the mod has too high of a chance to softlock the player. Just curious what your thoughts are, if you're still updating the mod!
this mod just refuses to work for me, I replaced every file necessary after randomizing, I reduced the cache to 0, I switched the folder and file to not be read only, and I followed everything I could in the troubleshooting section. nothing seems to work
I realised there is a bug causing this. I do have plans to update this mod at somepoint soon, i've just unfortunately been quite busy recently. I'll post an update once I manage to find some time to do this.
Hi, the Mod is working, and I have gotten lots of Demon Souls, but I found an issue with keys in the Tower Of Latria. The keys on the wall ended up being something else, and now I can't progress because I cannot open the gates. Is this as intended? Thanks
well, you say two files , but there is only one file called ( gameparam.parambnd.dcx ) there , it is not even the (gameparamna.parambnd.dcx) you called . i set them to be not read-only already . should i renamed it into ( gameparam.parambnd.dcx ) and replaced the origin file ? or put two files back to the location . i am using the RSPC3 emulator , and my route is like ( demons soul / dev_hdd0/disc/ BCAS20071/PS3_GAME/ USRDIR / param / gameparam ) and the only file i found is ( gameparam.parambnd.dcx ) , i tried every possible ways to do it but got nothing . wondering where did i do wrong .
Sadly the Item Randomizer exe it wont work on linux system at all i tried all my power to make it work so no results of working so please try make linux build version if that possible

Quite sad; I know it's a very niche release that not many people would care about but I was very much looking forward to playing randos a lot
