Make sure you have Java 17 installed. We recommend using Adoptium *IMPORTANT*
Download the latest version of the application from the releases page
Unzip the downloaded archive and launch using decima.bat
Create new project and input info needed specifically where ds.exe file is and the rest should auto populate. (Not sure if this step is needed but I did it and it worked for me)
Create a Backup of the following files (they are inside the data folder of your game installation): 59b95a781c9170b0d13773766e27ad90.bin
Download "UnlockItemsAndEquipment_v1.0"
Make sure Decima, its files and the files inside "UnlockItemsAndEquipment_v1.0" are all in the same folder (I just moved everything inside the game directory)
Run "install.bat" and input the folder path of where ds.exe is saved i.e. X:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\DEATH STRANDING DIRECTORS CUT
Should take a couple of minutes for the bat to run and it will close automatically when completed
For those who encounter "decima.bat is not recognized as an internal or external command" error in any other mod, follow the instruction below 1: Right click and open the "install.bat" from this mod with any text editor. 2: Replace "decima.bat" with "decima-cli.exe". Then you are good to go. This error happened because of the update of Decima Workshop. Please pin my message, thanks.
its a conflict with other mods that alter the unlocks, repair your files through steam then install the mods you want again excluding these conflicting mods, or just overwrite the .bins in the the data folder with the backups you made, and then install the non-conflicting mods
The file which contains all the color customization and backpack stuff is: ds/catalogue/catalogues/catalogue_facts.core
Just a metric crap ton of individual boolean variables you gotta open and flip to "true".
Only caveat is that flipping all of them to true doesn't unlock the ability to use the customization until you get to that portion of the game. So like backpack customization is still locked behind the quest given to you by the Junk Dealer, but once backpack customization is unlocked you'll have *everything*.
Bonus win is that it unlocks all the materials and PCC blueprints. And some really strange crap in the fabricator.
jezuz, where is the decima.bat? i am getting the "decima.bat is not recognized as internal bla bla bla" is the decima.bat the decima.exe? i put the mod files there with the install.bat .... not even those comments below help... the main issue is the location of the decima.bat.... the decima zip contains the 2 decima exe, which are "decima.exe" and "decima-cli.exe" together with 2 folders "runtime" and "app"... this is where i put the mod files...

How fix it?
