This mod removes most of the timefall areas and prevents BTs from spawning. Some areas are left to allow Chiralium farming
I heavily discourage people who want to use this mod to play the campaign. BTs and timefall are a very important part of this game and without them a lot of mechanics in the game disappear or become useless. The mod was made with endgame in mind, for people who want to chill and farm deliveries in peace. I will not stop anyone from playing however they want though.
All the jellyfish BTs have been left in the game. They are still there to allow farming chiralium and/or testing items.
How to install
TLDR: The BIN files are easier to install. The Director's Cut BIN file is massive (5GB) so you may prefer patching the game yourself (in which case install using the workshop files). If you want to merge this mod with others made with the decima workshop you cannot use the BIN files.
There are two different options for installing the mod. One is using the exported modified files (workshop files) and the other is using the packed binary data (BIN files). The packed binary files are way easier to install (see instructions for it below) but cannot be merged with other mods and for the Director's Cut the file is massive (5GB). The exported files are very small, work for both editions equally and can be merged with other mods (provided those mods are created using the same tool listed below).
Installing with the workshop files
1. Install the Java 17 JDK
2. Download the decima workshop tool and extract it.
3. Download the mod files and extract them in the same folder as the tool (the folder called "mod_files" and the install.bat file should be in the same directory as the decima.bat file)
4. Execute the install.bat file. The file will ask you to input the game directory. This is the full path of the folder where the game executable is located.
5. Wait for the process to finish. This will take a couple of minutes, just be patient and let it do its thing.
Installing with the BIN files
1. Download the mod file. Make sure you download the one for the correct edition.
2. Go to the game files and enter the data folder that should be there
3. Extract the .bin file inside the zip you downloaded and extract it in the data folder. It should prompt you that the file already exists so just overwrite it.
